We are on the lookout for an experienced MIG & TIG Welder to join our growing automotive body preparation and assembly team.

💼 The Details:

• Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday to Thursday
• Wage: Based on skill and experience
• Perks: 3-day weekends every week + employee discount program
• Location: Wacol – Work Close to Home!

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the automotive body prep and assembly process through expert MIG and aluminium TIG welding.
• Performing and passing quality assurance checks with a focus on high-end workmanship.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workspace, treating your tools like family.
• Collaborating with a close-knit team to develop efficient techniques and identify areas for continuous improvement.

✅ What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of MIG welding and aluminium TIG welding experience.
• Strong knowledge of metals and a genuine interest in working with them.
• Solid math and geometry skills—you understand angles, curves, and precision.
• The physical ability to tackle hands-on, demanding tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude.
